  • We retain the right to use visual_gallery of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed

7. Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection options will be agreed upon at the time of order. We take reasonable care to package items securely, but we are not liable for damage or loss caused by third-party delivery services once items leave our premises. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified or upon collection from our studio.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
