How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order 4-6 weeks before your event for standard orders, and 8-10 weeks for large or highly customised orders. Rush options may be available.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes, we offer sample packs for a small fee. For custom designs, we create a prototype for your approval before full production begins.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer Sydney metro delivery and Australia-wide shipping. Pickup from our Pyrmont studio is also available by appointment.
